Licensing Terms

GRANT OF LICENSE

Non-Exclusive Licensing Option:

This is a life time non-exclusive license to use of the e-card only on your site.
We will send you the customized ‘swf’ file with your site information and we will not send you the source file ‘FLA’ and you are not authorized to claim it at any time or make any kind of changes in the given file or use it on more than one site.
We will add your logo in the pre-loader along with the Multiple License information. We will also add your domain name at the bottom of the e-card which will be there for all the time after the e-card has been loaded fully.
You do not have any right to distribute/resell the card to any other site.
We reserve all the rights to reuse the concept, idea, artwork, characters, Music and Voice Over to reuse/distribute to any other client on any terms.
You do not have any right to use the concept, artwork, characters, Music and Voice Over in an e-card. However you can make a custom thumbnail to suite the layout and style of your site.

Exclusive Licensing Option:

This is a life time exclusive license to use of the e-card on any of your site. We will send you the source file and authorize you to make any kind of changes in the given file as you feel necessary with all the rights to distribute/resell the card to any other site. However
We do not transfer you the right to use our character, Voice Over and Music for any other e-card and we reserve all the rights to use the same character for any purpose.

Custom Licensing Option:

Custom License comes with all the rights of use/redistribute on any site including the complete artwork, character, music and Voice Over in the file. We may send you multiple options for the main characters and only the accepted character is entitled for all of your copyright claims. We will hold all the rights on the material produced during the development of custom animation which is not part of the final out put.
