Methodology:

Since cartoon animation is about giving life to one’s wildest imaginations, our team consists of many creative artists who are called so because they are not merely artists but also story tellers and visualizers. They specialize in concept building and script writing. It is their artwork put together by the talented animators that brings about the birth of a character.

Conceptualization: When we have a project our scriptwriters and Artist come up with ideas, strong concepts are developed and then the script is approved. After that concept Art is being done and the characterization is finalized. We do sometimes get the creative input from our clients in the form of a concept or the whole script. Other wise our creative team, takes care of this part of the project.

Working with MIS:

We have developed an in-house management console to manage our production process. Writer uploads the script along with all necessary resources on the system. Admin approves it and Art Admin assigns it to the Story Board Artist, who draws the story board and uploads it on the console. Art Admin approves it and assigns it to Background and Character Artist. Artists upload the artwork on the console again. Animation Admin approves it and assign it to Animator, who uploads the animation. Admin approves it and we send it to the client. At every approval level we correspond with the client to eliminate the chances of rework.

Story boarding: The scripts are then assigned to the artists according to their area of expertise, e.g. human character design, animal or creature character design and backgrounds etc. and then the artists draw story boards to get a clearer picture.

Line Art and Rendering: When scripts and storyboard are approved by our clients, the team starts working on line art and then the rendering of all cells is done. This phase is supervised on every stage to make sure the art work quality is consistent. While working on the art work, artists also consult the animators and together they think of ways to improve the animation.

Animation: Animators start building the animation on the provided artwork according to the script. If they come up with any suggestion while working on the animation they discuss it with the artists and get any additional artwork done if required and complete the animation and get it approved.

Sound FX and Music: We have an extensive library of music loops and sound fx. We also develop custom based music and effects for the clients if required. Sound Artist add the background music, Voice Over and sound effects in the file. For VO based animations, we do the background music, VO and sound effects work before the animation.

This way we ultimately achieve high quality cartoon animation in a very short span of time.
